Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Senkpiel served as Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of British Columbia, the Honourable Lance Finch.

Mr. Senkpiel practices civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, with a focus on commercial disputes, including breach of contract, professional negligence, defamation, construction disputes, insurance disputes, trust and pension claims, securities disputes, commercial fraud, class actions, and wrongful dismissal actions.

Mr. Senkpiel has appeared as counsel at all levels of Court in British Columbia, and before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench.  Mr. Senkpiel has a particular interest in the law of unjust enrichment, and appellate practice.
