Mr. Loo was called to the Bar of British Columbia in March 1994, and has practised in the field of civil litigation since joining Nathanson, Schachter & Thompson in September 1994. Mr. Loo has experience in a variety of commercial litigation disputes, including professional negligence, shareholder disputes, commercial fraud, and employment law. His practice has included appearances in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. In addition, he has appeared in disciplinary proceedings as counsel on behalf of the Law Society of British Columbia.
