Mr. Gomery's practice is confined to civil litigation and administrative law; in particular, commercial disputes, professional negligence, pension disputes, securities litigation, estate litigation and professional discipline and has included appearances before all the courts of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of Canada, the trial and appellate divisions of the Federal Court, and various administrative tribunals.
He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1984 and joined Nathanson, Schachter & Thompson in 1990.
